Mondays at POINT

It may be summer*, but POINT isn’t breaking..

(*for some of you university folk)

App development is still very much underway! Even I don’t understand all the whosits and whatsits of the important building blocks of making POINT app a reality, so keep up with us over the summer as we watch our baby take shape and can give you more and more details. Many thanks to all of our hard working development partners that are making this happen (the connoisseurs of the whosits/whatsits). 2016 will be here before we know it! Finally, the app for charity will be in your hands.

V is for…

Volunteering! Are you thinking of ways you can make the best use of your time this summer? After one heck of a winter, I’m ready to be outside. I’m looking forward to volunteering at the Hoover YMCA Park Learning Garden, which I found through the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. Click here if you’d like to check it out, or do your own search for another opportunity! One day POINT will have it all for you in one place, but we don’t have to wait until then.

Are you ‘that guy’?

Have you ever mentioned POINT to your friends, excited about things going on in the world of charity and volunteering? Being a POINT rep is just that, except we give you a bigger, bolder platform to share what you’re passionate about as you give the world a heads-up about POINT.

I found out that it really is that easy.

Loving what POINT was doing and getting in touch with the team, I soon became a blog team member. I encourage you to get in touch with us here at to see the opportunities waiting for you. Check out this post on how easy it is to get #onpoint.

POINT is hearing wedding bells!

Here comes the bride! As you may know, our beloved CEO Madison is becoming a Mrs. in just a few days! We are all so excited for Madison and Michael as they start this exciting chapter of their lives. Send your best wishes over to @madisonmikhail (girl, that handle’s gotta change soon) and celebrate along with all of us at POINT HQ and beyond that Madison is #marryingmichael!

To the world being what we make it,
