Great nonprofits deserve great tech
Nonprofits, like yours, have been left behind by tech companies. You haven’t had access to tools built for your mission and needs. You had to operate your volunteer force with spreadsheets, solutions hacked together, or by paying big $$$$ for not-so-great tech.
You might be used to doing a lot with a little. But we know that when local nonprofits don’t have the tools you need, our communities don’t get the level of help they need. We set out to fix that.
POINT is your side kick. Our tech is built to get you off of your computer, so you can keep saving your piece of the world.

FAQs
Wait, is POINT Core really free?
Yes, the Core Nonprofit Plan is really free. We don’t ask you to sign a contract or even provide a credit card. At POINT, our mission is to bring nonprofits (of all sizes) the best tools to manage your people power.
Do you offer an NGO discount?
All of our nonprofit plans are already discounted. If your organization needs financial help to access to the Pro Plan, please contact our support team.
What is considered a nonprofit on POINT?
Nonprofits on POINT are charitable, non-proselytizing, community 501(c)(3) organizations.
Is your organization a religious congregation (e.g. church, temple, mosque or other religious congregation)? Religious congregations can still use POINT, please check out our Religious Congregation pricing page. Community ministries can sign up for a free nonprofit Core account on POINT with your 501(c)(3) status. Examples of community ministries are food pantries, shelters, clinics, etc. Please note, these ministries must be non-proselytizing community services to comply with our guidelines.
Is your organization a school or university? All types of schools can still use POINT, please switch to a School & University pricing page.
Other social welfare organizations, such as other types of 501(c)(4) or 501(c)(6)s, are better suited with different accounts on POINT, talk to our team to find the right fit for your organization.
Nonprofits on POINT must verify that your organization does not support or sponsor political campaigns or otherwise advocate for (or against) political candidates or legislature. Additionally, you must verify your organization will not lobby any government agency or official except where and only to the extent permitted under applicable laws nor allocates more than 20% of time devoted (volunteers and staff) and 25% of your annual budget towards lobbying.
What countries is POINT available in?
Currently, POINT is only available to nonprofits in the U.S. and Ukraine. If your organization would like to be notified when we expand outside these countries complete this form.
What if our congregation has a community service ministry organization?
Your community ministries can sign up for a free nonprofit Core account on POINT with your 501c3 status. Examples of community ministries are food pantries, shelters, clinics, etc. Please note, these ministries must be non-proselytizing community services to comply with our guidelines.
Whats the difference between a Nonprofit and Religious Congregation account?
Religious Congregation accounts are built differently than nonprofit accounts on POINT. These unique accounts are designed to allow for your members to volunteer internally (like Sunday School) or externally (like a community nonprofit your organization supports) – unlike nonprofit accounts.
Religious Congregation accounts enjoy a blend of nonprofit features with the full set corporate features at a significant discount.
What's the difference between Student Volunteering and other School & University plans?
Core is used for volunteer efforts at your school. Think – parent volunteering programs. If you need student access for student community volunteering requirements, please select the Student Volunteering plan.
