How can I edit my organization’s profile?

Your nonprofit profile is important – it shows you off to users on the app. Users can search for and follow your organization on the app to stay connected with you and your events.

Your profile is the first impression someone might have to your organization if they haven’t heard of your work before!

You can edit your profile by navigating to “Great Organization Profile” on the dashboard sidebar, then clicking the little pencil in the upper right hand corner.

Can’t edit the profile?

You might have admin permissions. Only account owners can edit profiles. Check with your account owner about what you think needs changed!

Tips for Making a Great Organization Profile:

1. Make sure your username is affiliated with your organization and not your own name.

2. Make sure your “About” section isn’t too wordy, 2-3 sentences should get the point across! Users have the ability to click on your website right from the app so they can get more information there. This section should be a brief intro to your organization and why it’s awesome!

3. Try not to use your logo as your profile picture – using pictures of your volunteers/team members is more engaging.
